Working with Style is the Facilitator Manual written to accompany the Friendly Style Profile™ (FSP). It includes guidelines for analyzing FSP scores, step-by-step instructions for working with groups to understand and respect style differences, as well as suggestions for working with individuals, and a presentation of skills to help manage style. We now offer Working With Style exclusively in a pdf format.
See What I Mean is a two-person, verbal exchange exercise designed by GroundWork to improve listening skills within intimate partnerships. Whole brain listening requires hearing, imagining and feeling what your intimate partner is presenting and, in your own words, briefly checking to see if that’s what your partner meant to communicate. Using the 26-card stimulus pack, as well as the definition and criteria sheet, See What I Mean helps participants improve their skill with the communication power tool, paraphrasing.
